Below are the standard communication practices to be followed:
Who to contact:
If there is a specific query about a subject, contact the pupil’s subject teacher in the first instance. If that does not resolve the matter, please contact the head of department.
If there is a pastoral query or concern, contact the pupil’s progress tutor in the first instance. If that does not resolve the matter, contact the pastoral manager for their year group.
If you need to report a pupil absence for years 7-11, please contact the Attendance Office
