Teacher of Art

  • MPR1 (£23,720) - MPR6 (£35,008) dependant on experience

 

We wish to appoint a talented, dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Art in this 11 – 18 mixed comprehensive school, located since 2004 in a new £16 million building. The successful applicant will also be required to teach some KS3 technology. The post is temporary fixed term until the end of August 2019 and would be suitable for experienced teachers or NQTs.

Sports Coach

  • Required as soon as possible
  • Temporary post until 20th July 2019
  • Term time only, casual hours depending on PE timetable and sports fixtures
  • Grade 5 (SCP 17 - 21) £18,672 to £20,541 pro rata
    £9.68 - £10.65 per hour

 

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and well qualified Sports Coach who has a passion for sport and physical recreation and who can make an active contribution towards the current sports programme at Ormskirk School.

Welfare Assistant

  • Permanent, part time contract
  • 7.5 hours per week, term time only
  • Grade Foundation Living Wage £16,882 pro-rata

 

The Governors wish to appoint a part time welfare assistant, who, under the direction of the Senior Midday Supervisor, will secure the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils during the lunch break period. The post holder will also undertake the cleaning of designated areas of the dining hall, to ensure they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition and to the agreed quality standards.

Required hours of work are: Monday, Wednesday - Friday: 1.15pm-2.45pm and Tuesday: 12.30pm-2.00pm. The post is term time only.
