We have a responsibility to support every child and family, helping children to feel safe, supported and engaged in education.

We know that circumstances can change aAnd children will move on, either through a natural transition point such as moving to secondary school or onto college or due to another reason, including choosing elective home education, moving to a different school or in occasionally through permanent exclusion.

Leaving our school does not mean that our support has to end.

We want all of our children and families to know that they remain part of the Endeavour community, regardless of the reason they have left our roll.

Endeavour Open Door is here to make sure all children and their families can access support even after they have left the school roll. This is an offer of an open door, at any point in the future for any child or family who have ever been on our roll.

It is exactly what the name suggests: an open door with no conditions attached.

If you or your family need help or advice at any point after leaving our school, you can reach out. This could be about education, wellbeing, family circumstances, or something else that you are finding difficult.

Where we can help directly, we will. Where we are unable to provide the support ourselves, we will work alongside you to help you find the right support. Either way, you won't be on your own

Endeavour Open Door is our way of saying: wherever your journey takes you, our door remains open.

Endeavour Open Door is accessed through our inbox: OpenDoor@EndeavourLearning.org

This is monitored daily by our central team and information and requests for support will not be shared with your previous school, unless necessary for the purposes of your request.
